Switzerland maintains first position in the Rugby Europe Men's Trophy with a 35-10 victory over Croatia

SUISSE RUGBY DAY - Stade Municipal | Yverdon-les-Bains

Yverdon, Saturday, March 23rd, 2024

After a difficult first half, the Swiss Edelweiss men's team fought their way to another victory on Saturday at the Stade Municipal in Yverdon, beating Croatia 35-10. Thanks to the victory over the Czech Republic a fortnight ago, the Swiss national team remains unbeaten in the Rugby Europe Trophy for the 2023-2024 season and has the chance to win a second consecutive Grand Slam in this competition. After this weekend, Switzerland leads the Rugby Europe Trophy table with 17 points ahead of second-placed Czech Republic.

The next SUISSE RUGBY DAY will take place on 13 April 2024 in Zurich. The Swiss national team will face Ukraine in the final match of the 2023-2024 season at the Utogrund Sports Centre. You can find more information at Events

A big thank you to Yverdon Rugby Club for hosting this matchday and to the countless volunteers who made a significant contribution to the success of this day.
