The Swiss Rugby Federation (FSR) invites you to an inspiring online talk with Gabriela De Pellegrini, a former Brazilian rugby player and international referee.

Gabriela began playing rugby sevens in Brazil at the age of 15 and started refereeing at 19. Over the years, she became a two-time national champion, represented the Brazilian Rugby Sevens Team, and developed a deep passion for rugby union (XV) after moving to Switzerland in 2023.

With over 10 years of refereeing experience, including two Rugby Europe international tournaments, Gabriela recently decided to retire as a player to focus fully on her career as a referee.

This conference is a unique opportunity to hear her story — a reflection on women’s rugby, career transitions, and leadership in sport.
