Despite adverse weather conditions, more than 1000 fans from all over Switzerland gathered at the SUISSE RUGBY DAY at the Stade Municipal in Yverdon to cheer on the U15 & U18 girls, the women's national team and the 15s men's team.

SUISSE RUGBY DAY | November 4th, 2023

With the SUISSE RUGBY DAY on November 4th, 2023 in Yverdon-les-Bains, four Swiss national team were able to demonstrate their rugby skills at Stade Municipal. The day kicked-off with the U15 and girls in the morning facing Grand Est (France) in a friendly game followed by the Swiss women’s XV’s friendly against another regional team from Grand Est. The highlight of the day was Rugby Europe Men’s Trophy game against Sweden. Dispite difficult weather conditions, more than 1000 spectators and fans witnessed a strong Swiss securing another 4 points with a 23:12 defeat over Sweden.
